Table reservations require a credit card guarantee. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the booking may incur a fee of 50 RON per person. For private events, a 30% deposit is non‑refundable.
While we take precautions, our kitchen uses common allergens (gluten, dairy, nuts). Please inform staff about any severe allergies — we’ll do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee zero cross‑contact.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase. They can be used for food and drinks, but not for service charges. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving disrespectfully toward staff or guests. In case of damage to property, the responsible party will be charged.
Amber Grove is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the extent permitted by Romanian law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published here.
